Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain. 

We ship with Correos, which is the regular Postal Service in Spain. This is the most economical shipping method when sending small packages. 

If you are in a hurry or you don't like your Postal Service we also offer shipping with UPS. 

Free Shipping over 50€:
We cover the shipping with Correos for purchases of over 50€ to most European countries except: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Malta, Romania (for some reason, the shipping to these countries is almost triple).

Shipping Price under 50€ (or to countries we do not ship for free):
To find out the exact shipping cost please enter your items into the cart and fill out your address and the system will populate the shipping rate.

Tracking:
Once we process your order and we assign the label you will be automatically emailed your tracking number to the email address you used for the purchase.
When shipping with Correos once your package leaves Spain, it is then handled by your local postal office, and you can track it from there using the same tracking number you have received in the confirmation email.
When shipping with  UPS, you can track your package with UPS.

Please know that we don't have any additional information than it's provided in the tracking information that you see. 
If the package shows status "out for delivery" and you don't receive the package nor any "delivery attempt note" from the postman please contact your local post office giving them the tracking number. The package might be ready for a pick up at your local post office.

We do our best to ship your order the next business day. 
Please know that Spain has many extra holiday days (yay I guess) and Correos not UPS pick up these days either. So the package's status might be "ready to be shipped" but not picked up for a day or 2. Do not panic :)

Lost and Stolen Packages confirmed Delivered
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Freight Forwarders
If you ship your order to a freight forwarding company, we cannot be held liable for any transaction with a forwarding company. Once delivery is confirmed by Correos or UPS we are no longer liable for the package.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
