Refund policy

Refunds because of "change of mind" (received orders)

 If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once your return request has been approved, the item must be sent back without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to return it.

Items must be returned unused, in good condition, and with their original packaging where reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot refund items that are not received back.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by law. Any additional delivery costs chosen by the customer, such as express or upgraded shipping, are non-refundable.

We may reduce the refund if the returned item has lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning. This may include items that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned with missing or significantly damaged packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products and personal-care tools may not be suitable for return unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

This policy does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Cancelled orders (prior to being shipped)
If, suddenly, you experience buyer's remorse and you absolutely have to cancel the order, please email us immediately by responding to the confirmation email you receive automatically to the email address you used to make the purchase (so we know which order to cancel), and the order has not been picked up yet, we will issue a full refund minus 25% processing fee.
Sadly, we get charged credit card processing fees by the credit card companies, conversion fees, and label fees (we don't get these fees back when the order is cancelled). 


Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please get in touch with us with images of the product within 7 days of receiving the product. 
We will gladly send out replacements for damaged items or offer a store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.


Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-pick-up, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges for having the package re-sent. 
If the buyer chooses not to have the package re-sent, a full refund will be given minus a 10% restocking fee and the cost of shipping charges x 2 (to the buyer and back to us).

Late deliveries/"stuck" packages
In case of rare circumstances (currently less than 1%) of packages taking much longer to be delivered and tracking numbers not showing any updates for a few days, please know that we are unable to find out more than the tracking number shows. 
We cannot issue any refunds because of this.

Items Lost in Transit
Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames (thankfully!); however, external factors can sometimes cause delays and sometimes cause delays that are forever (thankfully, this has only happened a few times). If your order tracking shows no updates for 10 business days, please contact us, and we will gladly send out a replacement order or issue a full refund.
